Love this book and it really works.Downloaded this book because it's free on the store. Then again.. I decided to have a look and read it since I am trying to keep myself healthy. Not trying to lose weight neither trying to gain weight as I am happy with what I have achieve from doing cycling and swimming once a week. The hard part is maintaining what I have achieved and that's where the book is helping me. With the diets suggested and the recipes on the book which are quite easy to make and still tasty helped me a lot. If you wanted to stay healthy and fit but don't have a clue on how to do it especially with what you eat.. you will end up eating bland tasteless food.
