From New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author Meghan March comes a sexy new duet. We've all had the bad boys, now it's time for a Real Good Man.
Fall for a woman over text messages? No way in hell.
Reality can never be as good at the fantasy, right?
Wrong. It’s better.
Banner Regent is smart, funny, and she’s so far out of my league, she might as well be royalty.
I’m a mechanic from Kentucky. She’s a New York City party girl.
We were never supposed to meet, but one text started something neither of us saw coming.
How do you seduce the woman who already has everything?
Show her what it’s like to be with a real good man.
Logan and Banner’s story concludes in Real Good Love, available now.
"Real Good Man" is a song written by Rivers Rutherford and George Teren and recorded by American country music singer Tim McGraw. It was released in May 2003 as the fourth single from McGraw’s 2002 album Tim McGraw and the Dancehall Doctors. The song reached number one on the US Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) chart...
Yet another sexy, suspenseful novel from the fabulous Ms.March!! This story will leave you laughing, crying, and biting your nails! 55
My FAVORITE Meghan March book so far! Love this duet! 55
Both Logan and Banner were hot and lovable. I agree with the other reviewers that I laughed out loud several times but just as it was witty, it was also hot. I recommend! 55
Amazing read can't wait for the next one 55
Real Good Man by Meghan March is the first book in her brand new series, the Real Duet. Holy crap, I have been longing for Logan and Banners book since summertime. Banner Regent is the daughter of two über smart parents - her father is also a comic book nerd and decided on the name Banner. Unfortunately, Banner is nothing but a disappointment to her cold and unfeeling parents. Thank God for friends like Greer, and for her new best texting buddy, Logan Brantley. Logan is enchanted with the woman on the other end of the texts he has been sending. Banner gives it to him straight, is very funny, and he just can't help but want to meet her. When an opportunity arises for this sought-after, small town Kentucky boy to deliver a vehicle to a client in New York he jumps at the chance and arranges to meet Banner. As much as they both are loving their texting relationship, their meeting should be smooth and easy right? (That's what she said!) Both Banner and Logan are strong characters. Their ideals, their banter, and their desire is palpable throughout, not to mention the bluntness of Banners straight up attitude to anyone and everyone in her life. Their chemistry is off the charts in the bedroom and their interludes between the sheets (on the counter, in the shower, etc.,) are enough to melt a kindle or set a paperback on fire. Hilarious AND heartwarming - I absolutely loved this book (as I have all other Meghan March books so far). I cannot wait for their concluding story to be released. Enjoy! 55
It feels like I've waited forever for Banner and Logan's story, and I wasn't disappointed. From the sexy texts, to the unexpected visits, to the hot steamy nights, this book had it all! The perfect start to Banner and Logan's story, and I can't wait for the second part!!! This is definitely a must read!! 55
LOVE LOVE this book can't put it down you will Fall in Love with Logan and Banner!! A MUST READ!! 55
LOVED this book! Banner is my girl. I love how witty an dirty minded she is! Logan is a real man and I can't wait for the second part of their story! 55
This book does not disappoint. Meghan March is a purposeful writer that thoroughly thought out each part of this well developed story. Logan is the epitome of sweet southern alpha that is all man while Banner is your smart mouthed city girl who keeps you laughing the whole time. This book is the perfect mix of dirty sex and sweet moments that make you swoon. Make sure you have plenty of time because you will not want to put this one down. 55
I love Meghan's characters!! Always, in every book. The alpha guys seem real -- as real as fictional characters can be LOL -- and the women are always strong. Their flaws make them human. This book seems somewhat autobiograpical to me; I'm guessing some pieces are right from her own HEA. Which makes it even more real. Looking forward to book 2!!! 55
YES!! Real Good Man, book one in the Real Love Duet, is one more example of the magic Meghan March is capable of. I love this book!! I am going to need Book 2 ASAP! Logan and Banner are my favorite Meghan March characters to date. They have the best personalities. Logan is a southern gentleman one second and a sexy alpha the next. Oh man, It’s so hot! Then there’s Banner. My girl crush on Banner is everlasting. Her outspokenness and her sense of humor… I want to be her. I’m so excited to continue their story in book 2. 55
I LOVED this book! I LOVED Logan Brantley aka REAL GOOD MAN!! Get ready to swoon for all things Logan as he's that hard working, sexy southern redneck from Kentucky that is nothing but sweet gentleman in all ways that will melt your heart and complete alpa lover behind closed doors that will melt those unmentionables....Holy Hotness, I'm in LOVE!!! And Banner Regent the NYC girl with loads of sass and no filter whatsoever will having you rolling in laughter with her every thought and interaction....She's the BEST leading lady and you'll want her as your bestie from the first word!! I could not get enough of Logan and Banner, couldn't get enough of their hot as heck chemistry, and so could not get enough of the laugh out loud banter/interactions throughout the book! LOVED IT....I said that already but it should be said again....LOVED IT!!! I can not wait for Real Good Love!!!! 55
Real Good Man is an amazing laugh-out-loud yet scintillatingly steamy love story that will delight and entertain in every possible way! This is truly how I see the essence of this beautiful author herself. This feels so much more personal to me than any of her other books. Everyone has their own way to look at the world around them, and to me this feels like a story chock full of hope and dreams that in a way echo a few of mine. If anyone could be called a Queen of romance, then Meghan will always have a vote from me. Banner seems to be living the dream life. No heavy responsibilities or serious worries weighing her down while she basks in days filled with all the trappings that a life in New York can possibly offer. While this may sound like a life someone would kill for, in truth, who’s to say that would be truly fulfilling after a while? When all you deal with is merely on the surface, you risk your heart withering and dying on the sidewalk of the next must attend event. Logan is working on building a life and cleaning up his one tainted reputation in his small town. When a random text connects him to Banner, his world tilts on its axis. Chalking It up to a freak accident, he moves on only to find himself being pulled inexplicably to a mystery woman he knows very little about. Can the unexpected lead to something truly life-changing and mind-blowing, or will reality shatter the fantasies that they both hold for the other? Banner is a beautifully complex character who splits her heart in two for reasons even she isn’t aware of. It’s her strange version of life that leads her to moments of true exhilaration and surprising transcendence. Life has a way of pushing and pulling us to where we eventually need to be, and when our paths collide with others that play a big part in the future, we stand in utter awe at the events that unfold before us. Logan isn’t looking for more then what he has achieved so far. He’s content with the life he has built with his own two hands, and he will fight tooth and nail to keep himself free. He is a man that is so different than the ones Banner hangs out with, and she needs to know what it is that has her wanting a second chance. These two stole my heart and showed me that taking a risk can be a real good thing. If you are wanting to lose yourself in a world where possibilities are the stuff of dreams and risks are the epitome of passion, then you have to pick up one of Meghan March’s spectacular masterpieces. What you find with its pages are the pieces that fill in the cracks of your own heart. Life is meant to be lived fully and passionately. Nothing less would do it justice. 55
I loved this book. Logan is truly a real good man and Banner has been missing out on one living in NYC. Though they have never met, they start texting one another and Banner starts realizing that Logan is different from all the guys she has met previously. Fast forward to Banner moving to KY and seeing Logan in his natural space, she realizes he is more man than any guy in NYC could ever dream of. Find out what happens when you take a rich girl from NYC and a former soldier from Kentucky and they start dating. With this book you are in for some "OMG that's so hot" moments, some sweet moments and some laugh out loud moments. You don't want to miss this spin off of the Dirty Girl series (which you don't have to read to understand this book). This was 5 fantastic stars and I can't wait for Real Good Love, which picks up where Real Good Man ends. Read this book now! 55
QueenZany 5 Star Review Real Good Meghan March Holy Heck! Amazeballs! Real Good is a sinfully delicious read! That will leave your dirty mind in a state of complete ecstasy! Then burning to perform those dirty deeds! Gasp!! You can't do anything but, consume each sinful and blazing word. Logan and Banner are like moths to a flame. Add in the a spectacular mix of humor. Like, one minute you're chuckling. Then the next you're drooling like a baby and salivating. Wanting to lick your iphone!! Which blew my dirty mind completely away. Clearly leaving you in a state of upheaval. Yup, flushed and panting like a dog in heat! But claims your heart! Meghan March has not only killed it with Real Good! But she has demolished every Rom Com book in its path! With that Meghan March sass, charm, whit and sexapeal. That is so her. It’s simply everything you want in a book, wrapped up in a bow! 55
Book one in the Real Duet by Meghan March is all about two captivating characters we met in her previous books. This one can and does stand completely alone from - The Dirty Billionaire & The Dirty Girl series - where we first met these characters, but if you have the chance I would read those as well, since they too are great. Banner Regent is a twenty-something New Yorker who exists on take-out and one night hook-ups with guys who don't know the first thing about what a real woman needs. Banner has a better relationship with a man in Kentucky that she has never personally met, but text messages multiple times a day with a virtual stranger that just so happened to help her best friend out when she needed to use a phone started their odd yet fun conversations. Now it's weeks later and Banner lives for those messages she receives from him and is anxiously awaiting his visit to New York. Logan Brantley is an ex-Marine that served his country and was honorably discharged back home to Kentucky. Logan owns the local repair & restoration automotive shop in Gold Haven, KY otherwise known s small town, USA. Logan also enjoys the crazy back and forth with Banner and hopes they will hit it off when he heads to New York to drop off a car he restored. Once he finally gets to New York they end up having a great time, but Banner is Queen-Of-The-One-Nights for a reason and he figures that out rather quickly when everything falls apart come Saturday morning... This is probably one of my most favorite Meghan March books to date. I laughed throughout at all the ridiculous banter between the characters and don't even get me started on the smoking hot chemistry between Banner & Logan! Can't wait for the second part to see what crazy shenanigans Banner will be up to next :) 55
Logan! Down to earth sexy sweet Kentucky boy is perfect blue collar man ! Banner our NYC girl is sassy and I am loving her smart mouth . I adore Logan and Banner their chemistry Is perfect. I WANT THE NEXT BOOK! Ahhhhh! 55
I was so excited to read this book and it didn't disappoint. We are introduced to both Logan and Banner in the Dirty Girl duet and I was so excited to see how these two would be together. I loved every word and I absolutely can't wait to see what' next for them! 55
