The Next Girl book summary coming soon..
I thought the book was overall a good ready. I liked the characters which is what kept me going through the story. I wanted to find out what would happen with them. I liked how the author linked Ginas story with the case she was working and showed how more often than not you’ll come across a case that directly effects you and brings out personal issues. I wasn’t bored and I hoped that the characters would make it through. It definitely isn’t the heart stopping thriller that I was expecting and that many reviews claimed it would be which is why I gave it 3 stars. The ending wasn’t overly dramatic. There was no crazy twist. Not to say it was expected but it wasn’t a mind blowing outcome. Also I’d hoped to see find out more about DI Harte. I’m not sure if the author left off the way they did because it’s to come in another book but I can’t see myself buying another book just to find out. 35
I loved this book!! Gulped it down in two days and looking forward to Carla’s next. 55

Loved the book looking forward for book 2 55
$2 is WAAAY too much to pay for this garbage. So poorly written, it was a chore to get through. I saw the review that said it wasn’t worth $2, but mystery set in Britain...I couldn’t help myself. Heed my warning. Just say no! 15
Good read, keeps you moving along at the right pace. Characters are well developed. I will definitely the next in the series. 55
