Sergeant Brad Braun has seen more dead bodies than he'd care to remember, but a dismembered young woman with a note promising more bodies to come isn't what he had penciled in for this Monday morning.
And hers is just the beginning.
The killer wants to be noticed, he wants his handiwork in the spotlight, and he needs his name known. The man's motivation is something only a fractured mind could imagine.
For Sergeant Braun, each step closer to his culprit pushes the killer another step closer to the edge. The man is already capable of murder, so what can possibly happen if he's pushed too far?
Death Report book summary coming soon..
Now starting the third book in series. The first two books were good reading. Living in a town near Tampa makes it easier for me to know where BRAD is working! 55
I have really enjoyed all of this author’s books that I have read. They have all been very similar, but the variations have kept me wanting to read more. I guess it’s good to have a new main Sergeant, but really, the three in the books I have read are so similar, that it almost seems unnecessary. They even all jam their palms into their eyes :) But what keeps me reading his (I’m not even sure of his name because the first books I read were by E.H. Reinhard) books, are the crimes and the way the cops find the killers. The police procedure details seem very realistic. Well written. 55
