It doesn’t really start getting good until the end. It kind of just drags along but a little bit past halfway it gets interesting and next thing you know, I’m reading til 4am trying to see what happens next! Now I’m buying part 2 lol 45
A great mix of mystery, romance and suspense. A great read overall. 55
Am excellent read 45
This is the one that grabbed my attention and I wanted more. 55
I enjoyed this book. The only thing that I would say is that the murderer was someone completely unexpected but not mentioned enough in the book. Great twist and keeps your interest. 35
The book flowed nicely, but nothing is more upsetting than a crappy ending and this one sucked 35
great from start to finish! 55
Good mystery. Ended so you go to the next book which I shall. Will recommend it! 55
I downloaded this book and also I’m reading it on Choices I’m in love 🙂😍. 55
The author has managed to keep my interest from the first page to the last. A good read! 45
Liliana Hart creates a great combination of a small town mystery and romance. Following the storyline of J.J. and Jack, your attention is captured from start to finish as you try to figure out the mystery. Add a little romance in the mix and you get a fantastic read! My new favorite mystery series! 55
Loved this book and I found myself laughing out loud a few times as well. The main character, Jaye is a hoot I loved her personality. Will definitely be reading he rest of the JJGraves series 55
Started good but ending was bad didn't even kno who the killer was again. But the main character make me see what book 2 will tell. 35
I really enjoyed this book and the way it had subtle hints of eloquence that weren't overwhelming on the reader. What an emotional cliff hanger 55
I really enjoyed the story line, the author is nicely detail oriented and gave me awesome images that I was able to continuo silt build up of the characters, the town, the crimes based on her little details. BUT I was SO overly disappointed with the dialogue between characters. The author writes everything else beautifully yet the dialogue is just plain horrible. I physically rolled my eyes at a lot of dialogue, especially between Jack and Jaye. Annoyed that everything was so detail oriented and beautiful and then dialogue amongst characters would be something like "oh shucks, sure do hope we solve this". More than 75% of the books's inter-character conversations were so bland and unrealistic. Otherwise, I liked the book despite the ending that a lot of people are whining about. Still undecided if I will buy the second book, solely on dialogue. 35
Excellent tale, great plot, unexpected ending. 55
Loved the witty banter between the two lead characters!!! I love a good mystery and J.J. is my new hero! 55
I actually really enjoyed this book and story. You never reallly knew what was going to happen next or who did it. My issue with books from this author is the font selected. I have fairly good eyesight. The strain of the small font does effect my eyes and unfortunaltely have to affect my reading selection. 55
Second time I've read the book, enjoyed it very much. 55
Great book and excellent read! The ending is abrupt but enough to intrigue me and make me purchase the next book in the series to see what happens next. 45
