NOW A NETFLIX MOVIE STARRING MOLLY RINGWALD AND JOEY KING!
A cool, sexy romance novel written by seventeen-year-old British sensation Beth Reekles.
Meet Rochelle “Elle” Evans: pretty, popular—and never been kissed. Meet Noah Flynn: badass, volatile—and a total player.
When Elle decides to run a kissing booth at her school's Spring Carnival, she locks lips with Noah and her life is turned upside down. Her head says to keep away, but her heart wants to draw closer. This romance seems far from a fairy tale.
Is Elle headed for heartbreak or will she get her happily ever after?
The Kissing Booth is a 2018 American teen romantic comedy film written and directed by Vince Marcello, based on the novel of the same name by Beth Reekles. It stars Joey King, Jacob Elordi, Joel Courtney and Molly Ringwald. The film follows Elle (King), a quirky, late blooming teenager whose budding romance with high school senior and bad boy Noah (Elordi) puts her lifelong friendship with Noah's younger brother Lee (Courtney) in jeopardy. The Kissing Booth was released on Netflix on May 11, 2018, and was dubbed a commercial success by the service, due to it being widely viewed by subscribers. The film received largely negative reviews from critics, who deemed its storyline and themes to be clichéd and misogynistic. A sequel, The Kissing Booth 2, was released on July 24, 2020, and a third film, The Kissing Booth 3, is in post-production and is scheduled for a 2021 release...
I thought it was a very good book Although at some points it seemed very unrealistic but it all kind of made sense Lee gets made at Elle for being with Noah. Lee forgives Elle and she isn’t with. Noah Noah convinces Elle to stay with him Honestly Noah is a horrible boyfriend at first he lied and then doesn’t help Elle whatsoever he leaves her in the dumps when lee gets mad Then Elle just goes right back to him Really the message was horrible But other wise I really enjoyed this book I thought the movie was good to 55
One of the best books I’ve read. 10/10. 55
I love this book and the movie to this book it’s so amazing. And it has a good theme to it I need another book like this this book is so interesting. Every time I read this book I doesn’t get old and it will never get old. I love this book sooooooooo much!!!!😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍 55
This isn’t a book for young adults. It’s horribly inappropriate. I thought it would be cute, but then it gets complicated when she tries to strip. And when the tells Noah she wants to,uh,you know what with him,I was like,no. Totally ignoring this forever. Horrible. 15
I love this book so much!! I’ve read it a thousand times and it never gets old. If your into comedic romance then you need to reed this book.😍😁 55
This is one of the cheesiest books I’ve spent my money on. It just doesn’t make sense. There is a “problem”which is not a problem at all but lee is way too selfish. Noah apologizes to Elle even though he didn’t do anything wrong and she was the one who wanted to hide the relationship. It’s like the writer wanted drama but didn’t know how to put it on a paper. The author says that Elle has never been kissed and makes such a big deal about it when she kisses for the first time with Noah. But if Elle hasn’t been kissed before, doesn’t it imply that she’s never had sex before which means she is a virgin? But when finally she says to Noah she wants to have sex with him, chapter ends and the new begins with her waking up and it seems like it’s not a big deal what happened between them. So the first ever kiss was a big deal but telling the readers that she lost virginity with Noah is not important and she doesn’t describe how Elle feels about it? Weird. It’s like ah yeah I just lost my virginity, not a big deal and Noah doesn’t say anything about it too. So weird. So many inconsistencies and just weird narrative. The movie was way better. At least it had some character and life to it. And it was really funny. This book is just a blah...so much potential but underdeveloped. 15
This book was amazing and very dramatic i would love to get to read another one of these books 💋 xoxo 55
I love this book so much😘and I watched the movie exactly 100 times I really will want to see more movies and books like this🤗it’s like stuff that really happen in real life and I’m jus so thankful for the author for thinking of such and amazing idea😍🤞🥰 55
You have to pay for it and in the end I don’t even really think it’s worth it. 35
Vetr has been to both B.B.hmihhhivhiju 35
I think this follows every trope there is out there. I feel like the plot wasn’t thought through at all and was written by someone who had definitely not entered high school yet because it’s a very “disney channel original movie” version of high school. But even worse. The movie doesn’t help it’s case either though I do adore Joey King, she did the best she could with the script. 15
Amazing ❤️ just like the movie 55
Omg I loved the movie and Noah is a cutie! 55
I’ll start by saying I watched the movie first, so obviously I’m a little biased towards that. But, I don’t really know if people were reading the same book as me who rated it so high. I understand it started on Wattpad by a 17 year old, so I’m not judging the book with too high of standards, and get why there would be issues. However, the writing in this just doesn’t flow correctly, and it is bogged down by dialogue. Plus, it’s a little too cheesy for me, while the movie made the cheesy make sense, the tropes in this are a little too much for me. 25
It was the best 55
This book was amazing. The movie is almost exactly like it which I love. There are a few parts that are not in the movie that I hoped there would be but it was still a great book. Beth Is a great writer 55
Years ago when i used to avidly read books on wattpad i read this book and i loved it. I read it at least three time before she got it published and its so amazing to see her get published and have a deal with netflix. if you wonder if you should buy it, you definitley should. 55
