New York Times bestseller Elle Kennedy brings you a sexy new Off-Campus novel that can be read as a standalone…
He's a player in more ways than one…
College junior John Logan can get any girl he wants. For this hockey star, life is a parade of parties and hook-ups, but behind his killer grins and easygoing charm, he hides growing despair about the dead-end road he'll be forced to walk after graduation. A sexy encounter with freshman Grace Ivers is just the distraction he needs, but when a thoughtless mistake pushes her away, Logan plans to spend his final year proving to her that he's worth a second chance.
Now he's going to need to up his game…
After a less than stellar freshman year, Grace is back at Briar University, older, wiser, and so over the arrogant hockey player she nearly handed her V-card to. She's not a charity case, and she's not the quiet butterfly she was when they first hooked up. If Logan expects her to roll over and beg like all his other puck bunnies, he can think again. He wants her back? He'll have to work for it. This time around, she'll be the one in the driver's seat…and she plans on driving him wild.
The Mistake may refer to: The Mistake (House), a 2005 episode of the television series House The Mistake (film), a 1913 silent film "The Mistake", a play by Sir John Vanbrugh..
I thought that the book was overall good and told well. The parts that I did not like were that it seemed there were a lot of plot holes that were not exactly filled and many different events occurred that did not really matter to the story. I thought Logan and grace were cute, but their relationship was not as fun to read as Garret and Hannah’s was. Overall a good book. 45
I love Logan, but Grace was bland and boring. The book was good overall, but it could’ve been better, Logan deserved better. I loved the Epilogue and to be able to read a little about Garret and Hannah. 45
aboslutley loved it and am loving this series, can’t put it down!! 55
didn’t love it as much as The Deal but loved Logan’s character. although Grace really bored me, her character wasn’t intriguing to me...kind of left me wanting more out their relationship. 45
Loved it, it is a great book Logan who didn’t have girlfriends but wanted what his best friend Garret and Hannah have. When one night he goes to look for a friend but is at the wrong place. he finds Grace who is a freshman and end up in her dorm. There’s chemistry, between Logan and Grace, Sadness for them both, and love and happiness. 55
This book was amazing. I loved the characters and everything about it. Highly recommend 55
This one was not quite as good as “The Deal”. The characters seemed extremely underdeveloped. Grace had absolutely no personality. Logan was slightly better but I didn’t find myself LOVING the book. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. 25
This is the second book in the series and at first I was skeptical because of two things: one it costs 4.99 and two I didn’t know if it could follow in the steps of the first one. But my god. Every page, every single line, I’m hooked. There is so much detail and love that the author has clearly put in and I love it. The writing is so beautiful and the relationships are so natural and not forced. If I wasn’t so cheap, I would purchase all of the other books but that’ll have to wait. 55
I like this book it was ok I like the story but the deal is way more interesting and fun. I love Garret. 35
Not only was this a great love story of two college students, but also a true testament to the meaning of family. I loved how Grace and Logan had total opposite types of parents. Grace really struggled with Logan's decision for after college. She had the perfect parents, divorced but still best friends and I think she was blind to what Logan was going through. It was cool watching her open her eyes to Logan and his love for his father and brother. I loved the struggles Logan was going through with his family, because it was similar to the struggle I had growing up. I wasn't passing up the opportunity to play for a major league or anything like that, but I had similar parents to Logan's. I could relate to his story. I loved, yes loved again, the ringer Grace put Logan through to prove his intentions were good. Gave me some ideas for when my husband screws up again. 😄 Good book. Highly recommend. 55
